Artist’s Statement

From an early age, I had a great need to investigate the human condition and life’s balancing act in harmony and wisdom through philosophical writings. Language was the way to abstract the meaning of human actions, understand the feelings or thoughts behind them.

Today, I am compelled to put my brush to canvas. It is purely an act of survival – not physical survival, but emotional. Rather than uttering a word, I prefer to express intimate senses of human emotions through painting and poetry as a ritual gesture of my own healing.

Even I have to negotiate with reality: looking beyond physical boundaries and following my vision through immaterial energies to decode humanity is truly a rewarding experience.
