Desolation
Hope has no fear
Only knowing
How to dream…
There is an abhorrent despair
Covered in graffiti
The hope
Consciously chooses
To build the bridges
Rather than the walls
Still
A grief finds its way
To hide in the
The darker corners of the heart
Inviting an affliction
And allowing certain emotions
To form to tear open
A delusional mind knows
How to conceal
A true color
Pretending to bring felicity
Desolated emotions
Don’t know
The manipulation
The horrid disillusionment
The ending with regret
When
An ivory tower falls down
There’s no more curiosity
Nor feeling left for
The warm memories
The hopes and dreams
Off into a waste basket
The brightness of reality is gone
The dreams remain lost
Even a positive proposition
Confused in the contradictions
Hides an inward seclusion
Life still entertains
Us with the promises
Expects us to have a faith
Perhaps
A happy enthusiasm
Can hears its own echoes
Without introverting
All the emotions
Into a drought desolation
Confidently it springs into
The soul’s desires
Living with an ambition
